Job Summary
Supporting CVS and Walgreen's sales teams, the full-time Trade Optimization Manager will provide impactful analysis and strategic recommendations to enhance trade efficiency and effectiveness, driving business results while collaborating with internal and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Optimize customer plans and promotional strategies to improve trade investment effectiveness
- Conduct analysis of category, competitor, and consumer data to support customer plan recommendations
- Develop analytics and insights to inform pricing and promotional strategies while managing trade optimization efforts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a quantitative discipline; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience in multi-category CPG companies, with a focus on Revenue Growth Management (RGM)
- Proficiency in business and data analysis, with the ability to create persuasive presentations based on insights
- Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of trade management strategies
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional collaboration to drive results
