Trade School Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving talent pipeline strategies, the full-time Trade School Program Manager will identify and develop partnerships with trade and technical schools across the U.S., ensuring alignment with hiring needs for skilled trades roles while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with trade schools and workforce development boards to enhance talent acquisition
• Collaborate with apprenticeship programs and learning teams to align curriculum with organizational needs
• Plan and attend recruitment events to promote skilled trades career pathways and represent the organization effectively

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Workforce Development, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in recruitment, workforce development, or education partnerships
• Experience in campus recruitment or managing community/school partnerships
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders
• Comfort with data analysis and reporting tools to deliver actionable insights
