Trade Specialist

Job Summary

To support cross-functional operations teams, the remote Trade Specialist will manage the scope and pricing review of occupied service requests in assigned regions, utilizing maintenance knowledge to validate estimates and serve as a liaison to vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate maintenance estimates that exceed standard limits
• Lead training sessions to share maintenance knowledge with internal teams
• Process onsite increase requests and review invoice submissions for accuracy

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in residential maintenance, construction, home insurance, or estimating
• Strong analytical capabilities with an understanding of pricing structures
• Excellent planning and organizational skills, comfortable in high-pressure situations
• Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders
• Tech-savvy and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
