Job Summary

To support a specific client base, the full-time remote Trade Specialist will build and maintain professional relationships with clients and vendors, review vendor quotes, and serve as a subject matter expert for complex trade-related issues.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and vendors to address operational needs and implement solutions
  • Review vendor quotes to ensure appropriateness of scope and pricing for suggested work
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external clients, proactively resolving issues with vendors and clients
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Relevant trade qualification
  • 3 - 4 years of experience in a relevant field or internal promotion from within the company
  • Experience working in a facilities management, retail, or buildings environment
  • Demonstrable experience in solving complex trade-related technical issues
