Trade Support Assistant

Job Summary

To support a 3-month project, the remote Trade Support Assistant will manually review, validate, and update data across various web-based applications, ensuring accurate record matching and data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Update data fields in multiple CRM databases based on provided inputs to ensure accuracy
• Validate information using internal and external resources, conducting deeper research as necessary
• Collaborate with team leaders to resolve unclear or missing data for a flawless final product

Required qualifications

• Basic experience using Salesforce and other CRM tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in using various sources to validate and match data
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, particularly Sheets and Drive
• Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks effectively
