Trade Support Associate
Job Summary
Supporting the Asset Management Services team, the contract Trade Support Associate will lead trading activities for Separately Managed Accounts while working in a hybrid environment in St. Petersburg, FL.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor less experienced associates while ensuring traders are notified of events affecting orders
- Provide and coordinate pricing information, ensuring trades are executed and confirmed in compliance with policies
- Resolve trading problems through extensive contact with internal and external customers and maintain accurate trade data
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably with an investment firm
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate teamwork
- Willingness to learn and pursue professional growth opportunities
