Trade Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trade Support Engineer to serve as the primary point of contact for trading desks and ensure smooth operation of trading systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first responder for all trading application and hardware issues
• Troubleshoot and investigate issues within desktop and server applications
• Onboard new traders and manage connectivity to global exchanges

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a trade support or application support role
• Familiarity with the operations of exchanges like CME, Eurex, or ICE
• Strong experience with FIX Protocol
• Comfortable working in both Linux and Windows environments
• Basic knowledge of SQL for trade data retrieval
