Trade Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trade Support Specialist to support the trading desk.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile trading affirmation/confirmation platforms and research/resolve settlement breaks
• Manage trade errors and monitor trade queues while ensuring compliance with regulatory rules
• Execute trades and assist with new product onboarding and system implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in a professional investment management environment
• Experience with Orion, Bloomberg, Salesforce, and Microsoft Excel is a plus
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced environment
