Trademark Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trademark Analyst to support trademark evaluation services and name development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preliminary trademark clearance searches using CORSEARCH and other online tools
• Estimate risk/opportunity levels for utilizing names as trademarks based on search results
• Educate teams on the trademark process and improve client deliverables within the name development group

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a trademark paralegal or in a similar position
• Proficiency in conducting trademark searches in CORSEARCH and/or SAEGIS
• 2-3 years of professional experience preferred
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
