Trademark Attorney - WA Licensed

Job Summary

To support its Intellectual Property practice, a remote contract opportunity for a Trademark Attorney - WA Licensed will manage trademark prosecution, clearance searches, and portfolio management while working approximately 30-40 hours per week for a duration of 6 months with potential for extension or direct hire.

Key responsibilities

• Represent applicants and registrants in USPTO trademark, TTAB, and U.S. Copyright Office matters
• Conduct high-volume trademark clearance searches and draft related opinions
• Manage domestic and international trademark portfolios and provide client counseling

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of direct trademark experience
• Strong experience with trademark prosecution, clearance searches/opinions, and portfolio management
• Experience with USPTO trademark matters, TTAB proceedings, and U.S. Copyright Office matters
• Experience responding to office actions
• UDRP experience strongly preferred
