Job Summary

Supporting a prominent law firm's Intellectual Property practice, the temporary contract Trademark Attorney - WA Licensed will manage trademark prosecution, clearance searches, and portfolio management while working remotely for approximately 30-40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Represent applicants and registrants in USPTO trademark, TTAB, and U.S. Copyright Office matters
• Conduct high-volume trademark clearance searches and draft related opinions
• Provide clear, practical guidance to clients in support of their business objectives

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of direct trademark experience
• Strong experience with trademark prosecution, clearance searches/opinions, and portfolio management
• Experience with USPTO trademark matters and TTAB proceedings
• Experience responding to office actions
• UDRP experience strongly preferred
