Trademark Enforcement Paralegal

Job Summary

To support trademark enforcement initiatives, the full-time Trademark Enforcement Paralegal will independently manage enforcement efforts, including monitoring and investigations, while also assisting with trademark prosecution and filing processes in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support domestic and international trademark enforcement efforts, including monitoring and investigations of infringement and disputes
• Assist attorneys in drafting cease-and-desist letters and managing related enforcement correspondence
• Support U.S. and foreign trademark prosecution matters, including preparing and filing applications and responses

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Trademark Paralegal with a focus on enforcement matters
• Strong experience in enforcement activities such as domain disputes and online infringement
• Working knowledge of U.S. and international trademark prosecution processes
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent relevant experience in intellectual property enforcement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with trademark docketing systems
