Trademark Paralegal

Job Summary

To support a nationally recognized law firm, the full-time remote Trademark Paralegal will manage U.S. and foreign trademark prosecution, coordinate filings, and ensure exceptional client service while working West Coast hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of U.S. trademark prosecution, including application filings and maintenance
• Oversee foreign trademark prosecution workflows and coordinate with foreign associates
• Prepare and file TEAS forms, Madrid Protocol documents, and conduct trademark searches

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Trademark Paralegal in a law firm or corporate IP department
• Strong knowledge of USPTO, WIPO, and Madrid Protocol procedures
• Experience supporting attorneys across multiple time zones, particularly Pacific Time
• Proficiency with IP docketing systems (e.g., CPI, Foundation IP, Anaqua)
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage high volume deadlines
