Job Summary
To support a nationally recognized law firm, the full-time remote Trademark Paralegal will manage U.S. and foreign trademark prosecution, coordinate filings, and ensure exceptional client service while working West Coast hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of U.S. trademark prosecution, including application filings and maintenance
- Oversee foreign trademark prosecution workflows and coordinate with foreign associates
- Prepare and file TEAS forms, Madrid Protocol documents, and conduct trademark searches
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Trademark Paralegal in a law firm or corporate IP department
- Strong knowledge of USPTO, WIPO, and Madrid Protocol procedures
- Experience supporting attorneys across multiple time zones, particularly Pacific Time
- Proficiency with IP docketing systems (e.g., CPI, Foundation IP, Anaqua)
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage high volume deadlines
