Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trader Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage trader interactions through various support channels including live chat, phone, and Discord
• Master trading platforms and internal tools while maintaining product knowledge
• Troubleshoot inquiries, escalate issues as needed, and contribute to team goals and improvements

Required Qualifications

• Access to high-speed internet and ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM
• Bachelor's degree or comparable professional experience preferred
• Minimum of one year experience in a customer contact position
• Familiarity with CRM tools and full-time availability Monday-Friday
• Comfort with remote work and proactive communication with colleagues
