Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for traders, managing inquiries through various support channels
• Identify and resolve a range of inquiries related to trading platforms and operational issues
• Participate in improving trader-focused resources and monitor trading systems for potential issues

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, or operations
• Proficiency in CRM software and customer support tools
• Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM
• Willingness to work hours aligned with US trading sessions
• Fluency in English
