Job Summary

- Participate in improving internal knowledge bases and educate traders on company operations
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, or operations role
- Proficiency in using CRM software and customer support tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work hours aligned with US trading sessions
- Fluency in English
