Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trader Support Specialist - Futures (EMEA).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for traders and customers, managing inquiries through various support channels
• Troubleshoot and resolve a range of technical and operational issues related to trading platforms and data feeds
• Participate in improving internal knowledge bases and educate traders on company operations

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, or operations role
• Proficiency in using CRM software and customer support tools
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work hours aligned with US trading sessions
• Fluency in English
