Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable professional experience preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or customer-facing technical roles
  • Access to high-speed internet and ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM
  • Experience using CRM or ticketing systems for case management
  • Strong organizational skills and a goal-oriented mindset
