Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trader Support Specialist - Futures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for traders and customers, managing interactions through various support channels
  • Identify, assess, and resolve inquiries related to accounts, technical issues, and operational support
  • Develop a strong understanding of trading platforms and contribute to improving self-service resources
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, or operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using CRM or customer support tools
  • Ability to work 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM EST
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive communication style
  • Fluency in English is required
