Job Summary
A company is looking for a Trader Support Specialist - Futures.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for traders and customers, managing interactions through various support channels
- Identify, assess, and resolve inquiries related to accounts, technical issues, and operational support
- Develop a strong understanding of trading platforms and contribute to improving self-service resources
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, or operations in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using CRM or customer support tools
- Ability to work 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM EST
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive communication style
- Fluency in English is required
