Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the contractor hiring cycle, ensuring customer satisfaction and service levels
• Assist contractors with inquiries regarding home warranty procedures and policies
• Train new employees on recruiting processes and maintain contractor documentation

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Solid background and understanding of sales
• Experience in home warranty or real estate is desirable
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
