Job Summary

Trades Contractor Recruiter, a full-time remote position, is responsible for managing the contractor hiring cycle, assisting with contractor inquiries, and training team members on recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and fill contractor acquisition requests from area managers
• Assist contractors with questions regarding home warranty procedures and policies
• Train new employees on procurement processes and streamline reporting

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Solid background and understanding of sales
• Experience in home warranty or real estate is desirable
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong time management and organizational skills
