Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trading Analyst - Battery Storage.

Key Responsibilities

Support trading activities and administrative operations under the guidance of the VP, Trading & Risk
Analyze and improve trading activities across markets, seasons, products, and conditions
Assist in developing fundamentals-based price forecasts and optimize BESS trading strategies based on market conditions

Required Qualifications

Minimum BA/BS in a quantitative discipline; Computer Science preferred
Minimum of 2+ years of applicable work experience in the energy sector
Power settlement experience is strongly preferred; ERCOT and ISO-NE experience a plus
Proficiency in Excel with Python, SQL, and PowerBI is preferred
Ability to commute into the office in The Woodlands, Texas
