Job Summary

Experienced professionals will find a full-time remote Trading Growth Lead opportunity focused on building relationships with trading counterparties, securing capital, and driving volume onto Solana venues.

Key responsibilities

• Own outbound outreach to trading counterparties, building relationships and understanding their needs to drive volume onto Solana
• Structure and manage counterparty relationships, negotiating terms and collaborating with teams to ensure the necessary support for trading flow
• Secure allocators and LPs to deepen Solana markets, maintaining ongoing relationships to ensure sustained trading activity

Required qualifications

• Proven track record of moving volume or flow in trading environments such as exchanges, market makers, or funds
• Existing relationships with major traders, allocators, and LPs
• Strong understanding of market microstructure, trading mechanics, and DeFi concepts
• Ability to coordinate across different time zones, particularly in the US, EU, and APAC
• Experience in negotiating terms and managing complex relationships in a trading context
