Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Trading Growth Lead based in APAC, the successful candidate will manage outbound relationships with trading counterparties, structure agreements, and secure capital to enhance trading volume on Solana's platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own outbound outreach to trading counterparties, identifying key players and building relationships to drive volume to Solana
• Structure and manage counterparty relationships, negotiating terms and collaborating with internal teams to meet trading needs
• Secure allocators and LPs to deepen Solana markets, leveraging existing relationships within APAC trading hubs

Required qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin speaker with credibility among Greater China desks, funds, and exchanges
• Established relationships with major traders, allocators, and LPs across APAC
• Strong understanding of market microstructure, trading mechanics, and execution quality
• Knowledge of DeFi products and capital efficiency related to Solana
• Proven track record of driving trading volume at exchanges, market makers, or similar entities
