Trading Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting daily trading and portfolio operations, the full-time Trading Operations Analyst will ensure accurate trade execution, account maintenance, and reporting while working remotely and starting their day at 6:00am PST.

Key responsibilities

• Executing trades for cash movements, investment changes, and account events
• Performing account reconciliation and resolving discrepancies
• Producing daily reports for Portfolio Managers and analyzing account performance

Required qualifications

• 0-3 years of trading operations or financial services experience
• Knowledge of securities industry and custodial platforms
• Experience with portfolio accounting or CRM systems
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• A bachelor's degree or comparable work experience
