Trading Operations Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the Risk and Trading Operations team remotely, the full-time Trading Operations Associate will assist traders in identifying and escalating issues, verify and adjust sports setups, and monitor app features to ensure functionality across operational sports betting platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Assist traders with issue identification, documentation, and escalation
• Support the verification, adjustment, and creation of sports and competition setups
• Monitor pre-game and in-play markets while contributing to compliance checks and post-release testing

Required qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience
• Extensive knowledge of major professional sports leagues; esports knowledge is a plus
• Experience in sports betting is preferred
• Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Proficient in using iPhone and Android devices
