Trading Operations Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the Risk and Trading Operations team, the full-time Trading Operations Associate will assist traders with issue identification and escalation, verify and adjust sports setups, and monitor app features while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Traders in identifying, documenting, and escalating operational issues
• Support the verification, adjustment, and creation of sports and competition setups
• Monitor pre-game and in-play markets while contributing to compliance checks and testing

Required qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience
• Extensive knowledge of major professional sports leagues; esports knowledge is a plus
• Experience in sports betting is advantageous
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Proficiency with iPhone and Android devices
