Trading Operations Associate
Job Summary
To support a growing trading operations team, the full-time Trading Operations Associate will manage daily surveillance of customer activity, oversee trading and cash management functions, and monitor cryptocurrency trade execution while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct daily surveillance of customer activity and perform operational tasks related to trading and cash management
- Monitor cryptocurrency trade execution and manage exceptions, including inventory account management
- Analyze data and review general ledger accounts to identify and reconcile discrepancies
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in broker-dealer, financial services, or cryptocurrency operations
- Proficiency in Google office products and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing regulatory environment
- Desire to learn and take ownership of new responsibilities
