Trading Operations Manager

Job Summary

Supporting trading and investment operations, the full-time Trading Operations Manager will execute daily trading activities, oversee investment operations for multiple vehicles, and manage trade settlements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and support daily trading activity across client portfolios
• Oversee investment operations for multiple investment vehicles, including separately managed accounts (SMAs)
• Coordinate with custodians, brokers, and external service providers to ensure seamless operational execution

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in trading operations, investment operations, or a related function within asset management
• Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, investment operations, and cash management
• Equity trading experience required; familiarity with listed options is preferred
• Experience working with custodians and prime brokers
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
