Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trading Systems Support Associate to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients, addressing inquiries related to trading exchange products
Monitor and troubleshoot issues with the digital assets infrastructure and exchange technology stacks
Resolve or escalate incidents involving system performance, order execution delays, and service disruptions

Required Qualifications

Familiarity with cryptocurrency transactions and trading concepts
Experience with trading platforms such as MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5
Technical mindset with knowledge of software development, scripting, or QA/UA testing preferred
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Strong understanding of financial technology and digital asset ecosystems
