TRADOC Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for a TRADOC Subject Matter Expert.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with Army stakeholders to define business objectives for the LMS implementation
• Support presentations and demonstrations of the V2X LMS capabilities to Army stakeholders
• Assist in planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions to validate LMS functionality

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Army with a focus on training management processes
• Proven track record of successful implementation projects in military training environments
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting technical issues
• Demonstrated presentation and client-facing skills
