Job Summary

Seeking a part-time Traffic Anchor/Editor to provide timely traffic and weather updates, deliver reports on disruptions, and create content for various platforms in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and timely traffic and weather information for commuters
• Research, write, and produce traffic updates, ensuring all content is current and accurate
• Manage incoming information and maintain updated content on station websites and social media

Required qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong knowledge of local geography, roadways, and traffic patterns
• Previous broadcast experience preferred
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong command of grammar
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
