Traffic Engineer with PE License

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Traffic / ITS Engineer to work remotely supporting various offices across the Greater Midwest and Greater Southwest.

Key Responsibilities

• Support a team in delivering traffic analysis, safety studies, and ITS projects
• Produce technical documentation including plans, specifications, and reports
• Coordinate with other disciplines and manage project tasks independently

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 6 years of relevant experience or equivalent education
• Professional Engineering (PE) License or Professional Traffic Operations Engineering (PTOE) License
• Preferred minimum of 7 years of experience in civil engineering, particularly in traffic control and ITS engineering
• Experience with Traffic and Traffic Simulation Software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
