Trainee Take Loss Adjuster

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and driven, the fully remote Trainee Take Loss No Policy Adjuster will review claims, verify policy activity, and issue denial decisions as part of the fast-paced Material Damage Unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with assigned representatives to address claims involving fraud or subrogation for optimal outcomes
• Recognize vehicle body parts and assess potential property damage in claims
• Investigate all aspects of auto claims, including coverage, damages, and subrogation, exercising discretion and independence

Required Qualifications

• Basic understanding of insurance policies and industry standards
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills to identify and meet customer needs
• Experience managing multiple tasks effectively under pressure
• Sound judgment within structured, guideline-driven processes
