Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trainer in a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Focus on training new hires, creating learning courses, and facilitating live training opportunities
• Develop and deliver engaging eLearning sessions in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts
• Partner with business leaders to align training with organizational goals and promote a culture of continuous learning

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Teaching, or Human Resources preferred
• Minimum one year of experience in teaching or training
• Minimum two years of experience in a Client Services role preferred
• Passion for continuous improvement and finding learning solutions for critical business issues
