Job Summary

To design and deliver effective training programs, the fully remote Trainer will create engaging instructional materials and collaborate with healthcare domain experts, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative storyboards, courses, and instructional materials, including assessments and quizzes
• Collaborate with graphic designers and developers to ensure the accurate production of training content
• Review and finalize content with healthcare domain experts, incorporating feedback to enhance learning materials

Required qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a Content Writer and Instructional Designer
• Any Graduate or Diploma
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and learning management systems
• Excellent written communication skills for creating instructional text and materials
• Strong collaboration skills for effective teamwork with content owners and design teams
