Trainer

Job Summary

To enhance employee knowledge and performance, the remote Trainer will deliver engaging training sessions across virtual, classroom, and on-the-job environments while collaborating with instructional designers to ensure effective learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver interactive training sessions tailored to diverse learning styles and environments
• Collaborate with instructional designers and business partners to create effective training materials
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, providing post-training support and resources

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification preferred
• Three or more years of experience in delivering or facilitating employee training
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Experience with training technologies and content-development tools, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Experience supporting training transformation projects or system implementation launches preferred
