Trainer Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trainer Associate to conduct and develop training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct new hire and continuing education training
• Develop and facilitate departmental continuing education programs
• Evaluate existing training processes and collaborate on instructional materials

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent education and experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 2+ years of experience in designing and conducting training
• Experience working within Optum Serve
• Knowledge of effective training techniques and learning styles
