Trainer Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trainer Consultant to join their Consulting team in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training needs assessments and develop training plans tailored to client requirements
• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs and materials, including e-learning modules
• Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing support, ensuring effective knowledge transfer to end-users

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering in-person and virtual training sessions
• At least 2 years of experience training in a high-volume contact center environment
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with SAP S/4 HANA training
• Experience in designing e-learning content using tools like Articulate 360 or similar
• Ability to understand technical aspects of UBOS and create user-friendly training materials
