Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trainer to support the implementation of a Medicaid system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project contractors and clients to identify training needs and delivery methods
  • Facilitate training sessions for site account staff and assist in preparing them for go-live
  • Develop eLearning videos and training materials as part of the training program
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2 to 5 years of business analysis experience
  • Experience collaborating with functional groups within an organization
  • Knowledge of training methodologies and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Experience with Adobe Captivate and Articulate video authoring software is preferred
