Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trainer I, CDC INFO (remote, temporary).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver contact center training and provide feedback on training programs and materials
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct training for various audiences while managing logistics for instruction events
• Maintain records of training activities and provide support on the production floor

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Three (3) to five (5) years of customer service, leadership, and training experience required
• Experience in classroom training or formal presentations, with a preference for online delivery
• High initiative and enthusiasm for training and employee development
• Proficiency in MS Office products and ability to work independently
