Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trainer II responsible for developing and conducting training programs for Member and Provider Service roles in contact centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct training needs analyses to determine specific training requirements for call center staff
  • Identify, develop, and conduct training programs, including designing appropriate training aids
  • Maintain records of training activities and employee progress while coordinating training initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of training experience, preferably in a managed care or healthcare setting
  • Auditing experience preferred
  • Flexible availability to accommodate various time zones
