Job Summary
A company is looking for a Trainer II responsible for developing and conducting training programs for Member and Provider Service roles in contact centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs analyses to determine specific training requirements for call center staff
- Identify, develop, and conduct training programs, including designing appropriate training aids
- Maintain records of training activities and employee progress while coordinating training initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of training experience, preferably in a managed care or healthcare setting
- Auditing experience preferred
- Flexible availability to accommodate various time zones
