Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trainer, Operations Enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate processes, products, and business priorities into learn-centric designs
Develop on-boarding and professional development programs for various departments
Lead training sessions and measure performance against key indicators

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in health, customer service, or business management
Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience in training or adult learning
Minimum of 1 year in learning and development, training, instructional design, or technical writing
Previous experience in SaaS, health/wellness, or healthcare industry preferred
Certification in a process management philosophy desired but not required
