Job Summary

Supporting a Fortune 500 global pharma client, the full-time remote Training Administrator will manage LMS-related administrative tasks in SuccessFactors, including creating and retiring items, processing credits, and assisting with client inquiries.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee administrative activities in SuccessFactors, including creating items, classes, and curricula
  • Support LMS clean-up projects and manage client inquiries regarding the LMS
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and provide reporting on standard operating procedures
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with SuccessFactors LMS
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
