Job Summary
Supporting a Fortune 500 global pharma client, the full-time remote Training Administrator will manage LMS-related administrative tasks in SuccessFactors, including creating and retiring items, processing credits, and assisting with client inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee administrative activities in SuccessFactors, including creating items, classes, and curricula
- Support LMS clean-up projects and manage client inquiries regarding the LMS
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and provide reporting on standard operating procedures
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience with SuccessFactors LMS
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
