Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Training and Communications Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage training initiatives and communications for Independent Distributor Partners and the sales team
  • Create and facilitate training programs using various delivery methods, including e-learning and in-person sessions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance training content and ensure alignment with business objectives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing
  • 1+ years of communications experience in a similar role, preferably in CPG and/or DSD
  • Experience in designing and developing training materials
  • Ability to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness
  • Familiarity with compliance policies and procedures
