Training and Communications Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training and Communications Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and assess training courses, ensuring effective delivery and content development
• Manage communication strategies and facilitate knowledge-sharing forums related to training initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and translate feedback into actionable improvements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in developing self-administered computer-based training
• At least one (1) year of experience in supporting communications activities
• One (1) year of experience in developing training courseware using a train-the-trainer model
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Ability to communicate effectively using American Sign Language (preferred)
