Training and Development Analyst

Job Summary

Assisting in the design and delivery of organizational training solutions, the full-time remote Training and Development Analyst I will collaborate with customers and senior training staff to create multimedia training materials and facilitate effective training experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Delivers training programs and workshops to employees and managers
• Monitors training effectiveness through performance results and collects session feedback for improvements
• Assists in developing lesson plans and training materials across various formats

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in developing video or multimedia training materials
• 1+ year of experience in coordinating content development efforts
• Demonstrated technical expertise in training and analysis
• Successful completion of a background check
