Training and Development Analyst

Job Summary

Assisting in the design, development, and delivery of organizational training solutions, the full-time remote Training and Development Analyst will collaborate with customers and senior training staff to create multimedia training materials and ensure successful user adoption of systems and applications.

Key responsibilities

• Delivers training programs and workshops to employees and managers
• Monitors training effectiveness and collects attendee feedback for improvements
• Assists in the development of lesson plans and training aids, contributing to new program designs

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1+ year of experience developing video or multimedia training materials
• 1+ year of experience coordinating content development efforts
• Ability to demonstrate growing technical expertise in training and analysis
