Training and Development Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting organizational training initiatives, the full-time remote Training and Development Analyst will assist in designing, developing, and delivering multimedia training solutions to enhance user adoption of systems and applications.

Key responsibilities

• Delivers training programs and workshops to employees and managers
• Monitors training effectiveness and collects feedback for content improvement
• Assists in the development of lesson plans and training materials in various formats

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1+ year of experience developing video or multimedia training materials
• 1+ year of experience coordinating content development efforts
• Demonstrated technical expertise in training and analysis
• Background check required
