Training and Development Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the design and delivery of training solutions, the full-time remote Training and Development Analyst will assist in creating multimedia training materials and evaluate training effectiveness for organizational user adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Delivers training programs and workshops to employees and managers
• Monitors training effectiveness and collects attendee feedback for improvements
• Assists in the development of lesson plans and training materials in various formats

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1+ year of experience developing video or multimedia training materials
• 1+ year of experience coordinating content development efforts
• Ability to demonstrate growing technical expertise in training and analysis
