Training and Development Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting organizational growth, the full-time remote Training and Development Analyst I will assist in designing, developing, and delivering training solutions while collaborating with customers and senior staff to enhance user adoption of systems and applications.

Key responsibilities

• Delivers training programs and workshops to employees and managers
• Monitors training effectiveness and collects feedback for continuous improvement
• Assists in the development of lesson plans and multimedia training materials

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1+ year of experience developing video or multimedia training materials
• 1+ year of experience coordinating content development efforts
• Ability to demonstrate growing technical expertise in training and analysis
• Background check required
